Our employees have access to the personal information of our clients in the course of doing their jobs, which includes procuring insurance quotations, placement of insurance coverage, servicing policies currently in force and processing claims. We use manual and electronic security procedures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our clients’ personal information. These practices include user authorization and firewall protection. Protected data is only accessed by those agency employees who must use it in their job-related activities. Employees who violate our privacy policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination.
